Anxiety fills you like a milk bottle, your mind is slamming, this could be the beginnings of a panic attack. Remembering having heard that exercise is excellent for stress, you burst into a jog. After a couple of miles your head starts to clear and you see that you've come to the outer wall of the factory. As you are deciding how to get in, the rolling head tumbles to an exhausted halt, sand clogging every hole.

  2. Climb the rope.
  3. Look to the left and right to see if there is a gate or door just outside of your immediate frame of vision.
